How does beach chair delivery work?

We set up your chairs, umbrella, and any add-ons at your chosen beach access point before 9 AM each morning. At the end of the day we come back and pack everything up. You arrive when you want — your spot is already there.

Which beach access points do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve all major access points along Topsail Island — Surf City, North Topsail Beach, and Topsail Beach. If you are not sure which is closest to your rental house, just let us know when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead, especially during peak summer weeks (late June through August). Same-day rentals are available when slots are open — call or text us at (910) 555-0199.

What happens if it rains?

Rain days happen. If the beach is closed due to dangerous weather, we will work with you to adjust your rental days. For light rain or partly cloudy days, your setup is out unless you ask us to hold it.

Can I extend my rental once it starts?

Absolutely. If you want to add days, just text or call us and we will extend your reservation as long as availability allows.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your start date receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we offer a credit toward a future rental. No-shows forfeit the reservation.

What equipment do you rent?

Accepted Answer

We rent beach chairs, large umbrellas, pop-up shade canopies, kids' sand toy bundles, boogie boards, and games packages (corn hole, bocce, paddleball). Mix and match to build your perfect beach day.

Question 8

How much does beach chair rental cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Chair Pair + Umbrella starts at $45/day. The Full Family Setup (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, shade canopy) is $90/day. Games Package add-on is $25/day. Weekly rates available — ask when you book.
